30% of young adults ages 18 to 25 in the U.S have the highest rate of experiencing mental health conditions of any age group. 6.2 Million kids ages 12-17 have been diagnosed with moderate to severe depression. The CDC also reports that during the pandemic, 29% of U.S. high school students had a parent or caregiver who lost their job, 55% were emotionally abused by a parent or caregiver, and 11% were physically abused.
